Unecessary Service Charged by Vendo

Hi,

This complaint is regarding the unnecessary service charge imposed by the news paper vendor and the way he communicates with the clients is bad. He is charging Rs. 10 per month for delivering the news papers (Hindustan Times in our Case), which is not justifiable as they get the commission from the respective news agencies.

Even, he has stopped delivering the newspaper as well

I wish if suitable action should be taken against such vendrs.
