Hi,

This is Manickam from Bangalore.

I booked an Airtel broadband connection on 19.09.09 (Saturday). The plan details are

ONE AIRTEL VALUE COMBO 749, 2 Mbps, 4 GB. The SEF NO is TBLR 017836. I paid 3 months bill in advance Rs.2250 for free installation and additional Rs.50 against affidavit.

Previously I had some technical problems in getting Airtel connection at my residence, so when the Airtel representative came I informed him about that. I asked him to check the feasibility and then collect the money. He came with a technical person and they checked and informed me that it is possible to give the connection. The promised date to give the connection after filling the form is 2 days period i.e 21.09.09 (Monday). Monday when I called him he was not picking the call. After three days when I called Customer care they said it will take 4 working days to give the connection. When I called after 6 days the customer care representative said it will take 7 working days to give the connection. All this period when I tried to call the sales guy he never answered the call and doesn’t have the courtesy to reply my messages. When I called his office number, the receptionist could not give me an proper answer and also disconnected my line.

Finally I planned to visit them at their own office. The office address is

I could not locate the office because the visiting card which the sales guy gave me was much older and they have shifted to a new place. Atlast I managed to locate their office in a different place and met their manager. He checked the status of my connection and said he cannot give 2 mbps because of technical problems and the connection will be immediately activated if I accept to a different plan which is 256 kbps, 8 GB, Rs.749. After I accepted the new plan, he spoke to technical guy, sales guy etc and promised me to give the connection on 28.09.09 (Monday).

Until now (30.09.09, Wednesday) no one turned up and the connection is not yet given.

Now both the Manager and sales guy is not answering my call. When I called customer care yesterday he told very clearly the connection can’t be given because tag is not available. He also mentioned very clearly just to book the connection they have given false information to me. I have raised a complain and the number is 24871036. I have recorded what ever he told about the Radix Solutions.

I’m working for a portal where the entire job is online. They made me to wait for almost 13 days for a connection which is not at all possible. I made so many calls to customer care, sales executive, manager etc. They totally tortured me for the past few days and all my business was gone without the net connection.
