Refund of our money

We had booked our new broadband connection (Receipt No- 420014) on 26/10. Each and every formality was copmpleted accordingly. We Had even given initial payment of Rs.800.

But due to certain personal reasons, on 26/10 only we cancelled our broadband connection. They told us that it will take about 45 days for cancellation processing. Our payment will be refunded within 45 days only.

But 5 months had almost passed there is no reimbursement of our money. We had even gone to the office (where we had booked) not once but 10 to 15 times but we havn't got any proper response. The customer service is really very poor, they are not at all concerned about it (only show interest initially when to launch or provide new schemes or new connections) but not bothered about after services.

Kindly, look into the matter.
