Deduction of money for ISd missed call

There is deduction of money for making ISD missed calls for past 1 month.some times they ask for detail or they say there is no wrong deduction of money but once they refunded my money back.every time they give me one complaint no but no resolution to my complaint, iam facing this problem today also.f
