Excess Charge on Bill

Dear sir

i am customer bharti airtel. i am using it's braoadband internet connection.they provide me phone whose number is 01204120990.i have blocked all calling facility of phone. In last month they accidently activated caller tune on my phone. The biil is of 17 Mar 16 April.on my complaint they deactivated it but charged caller tune rental and told me that this extra charge (Rs.33.09) will be deducted in the next bill.

But in the next month (Bill of 17 Apr -16 may) they chager extra for caller tune and not deducted Rs33.09 in the bill.

so i want 66.18 rupees deduction in my bill amount.
