REGARDING FALSE COMMITMENT OF CUSTOMER CARE

Hi! My mobile no is 9717053456, I hd Rs 444 rental plan, as the companies diminished it's call rate, I asked AIRTEL customer care on 02 Oct to explain such plans. They manifested about Rs 249 plan, also spoke that 10500 seconds free on LOCAL or STD. I hd emphasized on these free calls for STD & LOCAL . They hd iterated about Free 10500 sec CAN BE USED AS std & local.

2 day on 04 Oct when I confirmed to cust/ care on 1820 Hrs, she denied the free call on STD, when I was astounded she antagonized & behaved atrociously. She repeatedly told that I m telling lie. VERY VERY... POOR customer care response.

I m discontented with AIR TEL

As i m AIRTEL old customer but very disappointed with it's service.

Now pls tell me the procedure to terminate the connection.
