I was an Employee of Reliance Petro Marketing Pvt. Ltd. and waas using a Airtel post paid connection -9793028885, it was owned and paid by company.
While leaving the company on 30.09. I was offered an option of continuing the same mobile no . which I did wef 08.10.2008.
Within 1 month I started getting calls from airtel about the pending payments of around 4000/- I was sure these were not for the usage afetr the transfer of the SIM . I suppose these were for the usage before transfer of the SIM which was supposed to be paid by Reliance. I requested airtel to provide me the details so that the same can be bifercated and I also told them that I will clear all the payment for the usage after the transfer of the same. The detail was never provided and my no was barred since then.
Now on 09.11.2009 after 1 yr. I am getting calls from Airtel recovery dept. in Delhi who are threatning me for the payment and are frequently torturing me and my family over phone.
Kindly help me and advice me what to do to get out of this issue
