I Mr. Shailesh Rai using airtel no. is facing problems of constant calls by their call centre executives for activating various stupid services like caller tunes n etc... Not only that the illeterate executives hired by the company shows the status of the company and kind of service they can afford and give users... To add they also deduct money from my prepaid card for the services i have not activated in my whole life and when i call their, so-called, helpline service first i cant get thru the no., than i get a reply from their unprofessional executives that they dont have any powers to help customers... so what are they paid for? if they cant help customers wat are the helplines for? A very wrong and unprofessional attitude by Airtel not only mentally stress a customer but also shows how bad service can they provide and how low their status can be...
