Reduction of talk value

Last month an offer was introduced by Airtel in which a customer would get Airtel to Airtel talktime of Rs.1500 on recharge of Rs. 156.But now, the talk value has been reduced to Rs. 748 without any notice. I think, the marketind=g department of Airtel is clearly taking advantage of the customers' helplessness.
