Number Not Activated After Paying Bill

This is Bhavesh Patil son of Deepak Patil and writing on behalf of Deepak Patil. My Number is 9987037159 for which I had to pay Rs.1249. My Services were barred since 9th Aug 08 as I did not pay my bill. I wanted to start the same number so I paid Rs.700 on 22 Sep 08 and Rs.500 on 23rd September. In the Airtel Relationship Centre I was told that my number will be activated within 4 hours but it was not activated. So I went again to the Airtel Relationship Centre and asked that why my number was not activated. This time they told me that your number is permanently deleted and nothing can be done since I have not paid my bill for last 45 days. I had my previous number 9967623907 for which I did not pay. After 4 to 5 months your Collection Team called me to pay. So I paid the settlement amount. At that time I was told that I can start the number again. This is why I cannot understand why can my current number be started even though I have paid the amount. I have written this mail to you so that you can take some action and get my number activated. Activation of this number is necessary as my business related persons have this number. You can call me on 9967904554 at this point of time. I hope you will take care of my complaint. In my bill I was told to pay the bill as soon as possible. So I did as soon as I got money in my hands. Please, please do the needful.
