Lifetime validity scheme not valid after 3 years

Sir,

I took an airtel prepaid connection 3 years back in Lifetime Validity scheme. My mobile no. is 9810265758. Last year I got a message saying that my validity is going to expire on 21 Sep 2008. I called their customer care and the executive told me that even in lifetime validity scheme the validity is extended every three years. I again got a call from airtel saying that my validity is about to expire. I called up their call centre and one Mr. Mohan from Okhla talked to me (I dont know whether he had told me correct name and place) that my validity will be extended. When I asked him to extend there and then, he said it will be automatically extended on 21 Sep itself. Now they are asking to give the proof of lifetime validity while they themselves didnot provide any. The proofs are the many Erecharges which are valid for lifetime valid card. I have paid double tariff to avail lifetime validity initially viz Rs.2.00 at other mobiles and Rs. 2.99 at land lines. Kindly do the needfull as early as possible
