For wrong balance detection

Dear sir

i am ajay kumar pandey, i am using airtel sim. my mobile number is 09755195049, in my no.11th oct. 2009 thirty rupees wrong detection ate occured, i complined in customer care but not desired response given to me and i am not activating any services.this type of wrong detection are in my no. mostly occured.

so please give my 30 rupees balance as soon as possible.
