Dear Sir,
In reference to the subject matter, I would like to bring to your kind notice that I have availed a mobile service from Airtel under the connection number mentioned above. Having faith in Airtel I had done ECS (Electronic Clearance System) using my ICICI Bank Account in order to avoid bill payment tension.
As I had to travel abroad I have requested them to cancel my connection for the mobile number 9008622166. Even after a written in the month of June and taking the benefit of ECS they continued on deducting amount from my bank account which continued till February. After several reminders they cancelled my number but went on deducting amount from my bank account till February.
Also, I have requested ICICI bank to stop the ECS facility for the Airtel but as a norm the Account holder has to be present physically for request to get canceled. As I was abroad it was not possible for me to appear physically in bank for the needful actions. At last after several reminders (through mail & calls from United Kingdom) they stopped after February. Till that time they have deducted a total of 6, 802.20 (Rupees Six thousand eight hundred two and 20/100 paise).
Even after several request for the last 2 year I didn't got my amount back. Everytime when I call them they keep on saying that they are looking into the matter and the amount will get credited in my Account within no time. Now, loosing patience by getting mentally harassed I have only option to lodge a complain in against of Bharti Airtel to get my amount back.
So, i would kindly request you to look into the matter and do the needful to get my amount back.
