Bharti Airtel Mobile
Excess bill for value added services

Sir,

I am a mobile holder of Bharti Airtel (No. 9867561169) since last two years.

I have received a bill for the month of November. In this bill, Rs. 2366.00 has been charged for Value added services (i.e. 2366 Nos of SMS). The call charges is Rs. 75.00 only.

I am using this phone since last two years, and the monthly average SMS are around 50 SMSs only. It is beyond my imagination that how can we made 2366 SMS in one month.

It seems that sothing is wrong.

I request to investigation should be made how this mistake has been happened.
