Retrievel of Lost SIM

I have connection in my personal name of Airtel. Some days back i have lost the same. Now want to get the duplicate SIM of the same No.

I also want to get the call details (incoming/ outgoing) from this no. in last 2 months. (Oct & Nov, 08). As well as the i want to retrieve the all contact no.'s from my SIM.

I have already looged one call, but till now there is no response from the Company.
