Bharti Airtel Prepaid connection
Activation of scheme without permission

From 1st week of January onward Airtel has activate Airtel WAP in my phone no.9910225069. and startdebiting Rs.10/- every day, this I came to know one day when my whole balance was exhausted than I checked my sms and found that airtel is debiting me Rs.10/- everyday, i try to contact customer care but nobody pick phone for prepad connection, one i.e on 16th Jan. customer care executive pick the phone and confirm me that these services will be deactivated and your account will be credited with amount deducted, but I regret to inform you till date nothing has been done and airtel is debiting daily Rs. 10/- to account, when I call customer care they are diverting the call to sms made and says send SMS to airtel, I had followed that procedure also but nathing has happend. pl help to solve this issue
