INTENSITY OF SINGNAL STRENGTH HAS DECRESED TO NIL

Dera sir,

my complain is releted to airtel mobile signal strength. i am a resident of Bongaon sub-division, 24 pgs (N), west bengal. location of my house is SHERPUR (pin-743249) (near NAHATA) of Gopalnagar P.S. the mobile tower of the company situated at NAHATA, 1km west from my house. 6 months before i used to get full signal strength at my room. but in due course the signal intensity/strength dropped to NIL. i am facing so much difficulties as i cannot make a call or receive any call at my house. therefore i request you as a very old customer of airtel pre-paid mobile, please look after the matter and solve the problem at earliest.
