Refund of Provident fund

Dear Sir,

I have submitted the application for P.F withdrawn on 09.09.2008 which acknowledgement receipt no. is 28100824 ands claim settlement date is 09.10.2008 which is passed. MY membership no. is HR/10693/5921.

In this regard, Idid not get any information and clarifications and all about it. For withdrawing of P.F. I have been completed all formalities and submitted in your office but i could not get any reply from your side and also refund of P.F. amount.

Kindly do my favour and do the needful as soon as as possible.
