Locking of credit card

Dear sir

to my utter surprise my credit card no4477 4639 3276 7003valid upto 12/03 has been blocked . the last payment amounting Rs 1, 26, 370.54was due on 07 09 2008 & was paid in time duly a/c by you through sms How it has happened i had to cut a very sorry figure at petrol pump as i had no cash with me PL investigate the matter and let me know what has happened
