SBI card customer service is not responding to my mail.
I had put "sbi" in place of "ICICI" on my cheque for Rs. 7000/-. SBI card representative informed that he will destroy this cheque. But it has been debited to my account and bank has cleared it. I do not have SBI credit card. Now I am requesting SBI card to refund the money, but there is no response.
Can anybody help me in this regard?
