NAME PROBLEM one letter is missing

Dear sir,

iam NAGAMAHENDRABABU SUGULURY working in BHEL HYDERABAD unit

if my pan card name is problem

my pan card printed NAGAMAHENDRABABU SUGULUR in last letter was missing

and also my father name (DEVA RAJU SUGULURI) was printed

in income tax dept having a full name including surname (NAGAMAHENDRABABU SUGULURY) my pan card number is BPXPS2772G

in this mistake iam facing some problem in demat account opening problem

please rectify and give me what procedure is need for me

give solution also
