SIR,

I HAD BEEN TO THE CAFETARIA PLACED RIGHT OUTSIDE THE NEW DELHI RAILWAY STATION AND HAD ORDERED FOR A FEW EATABLES. THESE WERE DULY DELIVERED TO ME WITH A VERY IMPROPER BEHAVIOR WHEN I ENQUIRED FOR AN EXTRA STRAW. THE PERSON SITTING IN THE CAFE WARNED ME THAT HE WOULD CANCEL MY ORDER IF I ASKED FOR THE STRAW ONCE AGAIN AND WOULD'NT RETURN THE MONEY TOO. HE TOLD ME, THAT I WOULD HAVE TO PAY RS.-20 IF I WAS IN A NEED OF A STRAW.

THE MINIMUM AMOUNT OF COLD DRINK THAT ONE CAN AVAIL FROM THAT SHOP IS 400 M.L. (WHEARAS 200ML IS SUFFICIENT FOR AN INDIVIDUAL). SO I THOUGHT OF SHARING MY GLASS OF COLD DRINK. IN SUCH CASE, IF I HAD ASKED FOR AN EXTRA STRAW, WHAT WRONG DID I DO?

THE COLD DRINK ALSO WAS HIGHLY DILUTED AND WAS ALMOST TASTELESS.
