Cancellation of my credit card

I repeteadly told your customer care when they asked for payments that i want to cancel my credit card for last 6months.but no one reply me for that.but still i get my outstanding bill after adding interest and bank charges. why i will pay.i awlays told for final settelment against my card to your guys who came for collection or advice for my pmt status.everey one told me ok sir i will see. but next morning new one come and told same words. I WANT TO CANCEL IMMEDIATELY AND WANT SELLTEMENT (NOT AGAINST FOR BANK CHARGES WHICH YOU HAVE CHARGED EVEN I ASK FOR CANCELLATION)
