I have booking tickets for a show through net booking. After entering the debit card details and confirming the booking, the site gave an error message“BIG Cinemas apologize for a technical error. Please get back to us in some time, while we fix it!!! ”, and i did not get a confirmation for the tickets I booked. However, the amount got withdrawn from my account.
There were no customer care numbers or mail-id given.so, i sent a mail to '[email protected]' but didn't get any reply from them.
So I have paid for tickets which i did not get and there is no effort from the company to address my complaint.
My trasaction id is VIN/ADLABS FILM1023193601/0 with respect to icicibank.
