On 10 Jan i gave my Samsung E840 mobile to Big C mobile KPHB, Kukatpally Hyderabad for repair.
THe service engineer - Rohit, said that the mobile would be delivered within 2 weeks. It has been over 7 weeks now and i have not yet got my mobile back. I have been following up with the Service engineer on phone (around 100 calls to them till now) and have even visited the shop 10-12 times but everytime they say the phone will be ready in a day or is ready but is in dispatch.
I tried to contact the manager of the shop, but the salesmen said he was having lunch and never came out.
I dont know whom to escalate the issue now - the BigC website doesnt mention anything about the management/customer care contact nos.
Is there anything that can be done against BigC mobile so that i can get my repaired handset back as well as some penalty on them for the harressment they have made me go thru.
