Dear bigtv,
i have installed this on 24th nov and from 26 the tv is not working, it shows that there is a smart card error
i have lodged a complaint from 27 nov but till date it seems that no one cares about. the customer service of bigtv is very poor, they have not cared to send a single engineer till date that i e december 16. with such bad customer service i feel that everyone should know that bigtv has a very pathetic customer service. We are not able to view any channel from 26th nov.
