Hi there, i am using reliance product named as BIG TV since november but its not getting recharged, i wanted to view cartoon network and i purchased recharge coupen serial number 8008577097 along with its PIN number 170612206224 but even after doing all recharging formalities i still could not view this channel. after contacting your customer care center i did not get any satisfactory response, they always have same answer that i am viewing this channel according to thier system and that they can not do anymore. to be honest with you i never expected this sort of POOR SERVICE FROM RELIANCE. i hope you would take notice of my complaint and would do somthing regarding my complaint. thank you
