I bought Big TV in October and the problems started from the first day. I logged compliants with Customer care but in vain. Following are the problems I face
1) Set top box hangs frequently.
2) Regular menus disappeared.
3) Remote control range is a big broblem cant operate with distance more than 2 meters.
4) Arrogant and poor customer care.
5) No dealer support. Dealers pass the bug to Big TV and vice versa.
I am totally frustrated and I want refund now. How to log complaint with TRAI and Consumer court?
