Correction of name in the gradesheet and registration card

I am asis kumar sahoo studying in 4th year of "eastern academy of science and technology", bbsr, in the stream computer science engineering under biju patnaik university of technology having registration no. 0601215254.

my name has been printed mistakingly wrong in my registration card of bput as "asis kuamr sahoo"

instead of "asis kumar sahoo". I have submitted my matriculation certificate as a document for verification of my name ALONG WITH A DRAFT OF RS.300/- for correction of my name in the registration card and in the gradesheets.

I HAVE SEND MY DOCUMENTS TO BPUT THROUGH THE COLLEGE SINCE ONE YEAR BUT THERE IS NO RESPONSE FROM THE COLLEGE AS WELL AS UNIVERSITY.

SO I WOULD REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY TAKE SOME ACTION AGAINST THEM SO THAT I WILL GET MY GRADE SHEETS AND REGISTRATION CARD GET CORRECTED
