I am having problems with mseb authority for last three months, i have being paying all the bills on time my meter is also ok newly installed, three months back i recieved a billed which showed last reading 150 units before what i had paid, the mistake is from the data entery person of mseb, since then i am visiting every month mseb kirkee and they rectify the bill and tell me to pay the amount and assure me that the next bill will be ok, but the next consecutive bill shows the last months carry forward amount plus the latest bill

i am too frustrated with the mseb, there is no rectification done in the system
