Sir, I wish to bring to your notice that without informing me or my confirmation Rs. 99 has been deducted from my acount on 30.10. regarding India Pakistan ODI series, which I came to know around 8.45 Pm through sms from 56789. Whenever I use to talk to the costumer care excutives they simply reply that you only send confirmation report then the said amount has been deducted. I was shocked to hear from one of the CCE to change sim card, which I was not expecting. This is simply harassment and blackmailing of customer like me who is using Hutch sim card since last seven years. Now I will change my simcard as suggested by your CCE.
