Sir, my nokia 2300 bettery is defected and according to your instruction I put my request on your site but till date neither I received new bettery nor any information but I received the packets by which the old better is to be sent back. I presumed that new bettery will be sent after returning the old better and accordingly I sent my old bettery also but till date I have not received new bettery. Now neither i have bettery number nor i have received new bettery. Sir, I am requesting that please sent me my new bettery at the earliest. (My details that are given to you at the time of request for replacement of new bettery on your site is as under.
