Blackberry 8900
Not working

I have been trying to activate the service from vodafone Italy and they asked me to wait 24 hours, i went 4 more times and called the customer service they said they cant help me because the problem is from the blackberry itself.. and its been 10 days and its still not working... I'm really disappointed
