Dear Sir / Madam,

Self is the branch manager of eastern travels pvt.ltd., bhubaneswar branch. Last month I bought a black berry handset from your 'Sahid Nagar web world', vani vihar square, bhubaneswar and since last 4 years we have been using your services and paying the bill through the above said office. As this month the bill has crossed more than rs.3, 500/- therefore I went to enquire about the bill detail as it was not in the present bill. I clearly remember initially it was coming with every month's bill.

(please note we are getting the bill detail in our other phones, even we got these in this month).

When I stepped in I met Mr. Himansu of Reliance as he has helped in taking decision to buy the black berry. I told him that I found the black berry is really helpful to our business and planning to give it to all my executives. Then I asked him to help me in getting my bill detail. He suggested me to go to Gayatri again I returned back from her desk to Mr. Himanshu as it was written ' THE NET SERVER IS NOT WORKING, SORRY CANN'T SERVE YOU' But Mr. Himanshu again advised me to go to Ms. Gayatri to enquire about the bill detail. Then I went to Ms. Gayatri but she told me to wait, afterward she took the help of another lady who was sitting beside her desk. After long wait she asked me whether we were getting the bill detail every month then I said 'yes' as I have seen these previously. She took out six months bill and told me rudely that you are lying as the last six months bill doesn't have the bill detail. I really felt offended as she was trying to prove me a lyer. I am sure previously the bill was having bill detail and as the only authrized person I have never sent a request to deactivate the same.

However this could have been explained to me in a better way without blaming me. I sincerely request you to kindly give proper training to the front desk employees so that these kind of unproffessional attitude will not reflect. As this may effect the Reliance company's image and more over the clients may prefer to change their mobile to another company rather going to the Web World and get themselve insulted.

I will appreciate if you could lodge my complain and arrange to activate the bill detail in my mobile bill i.e 09337024929 .

Looking forward to your kind co-op and necessary action at earlest.
