Non delievery of mine consignment

Booked one consignment on 15/3 from Meerut (UP) to Bangalore and the consignment no is 294015188.

I donn't know the status of mine consignment and when I track it on the site its showing with last updated as

16/03 10:34 Forwarded by DELHI (AIRPORT HUB) BANGALORE .

The frustating service I ever faced, I have tried to call up there service centers in Bangalore also (41213830, 41157698, 65315533, 65317720) and there too no one is picking up the phone and have submitted complain two times on there site.

I raising mine strong concern over these type of courier services which takes good courier charges but do not provide us the service, its already 11 days and I haven't recieved mine consignment yet. Can somebody please help me on this issue.
