Parcel did not received

I have parcel a giftf to my sister on the occassion of Rakhi but it did not reached yet.

and i have also allready make complained about this to that man from where i dispatched the gift but thy are not not taking any response and just taking it as casual.

sir i am a student and this gift is more precious because i have not enough money to buy another one so here i request to you to do correct and strict action on my case
