Didn't receive driver cd with the mobile

I have purchased these product from HOME SHOP 18 few months ago and had ordered this product. But on delivery i have not received the mobile software cd which was promised with the mobile phone as a results i m not able to connect it to my pc. And also unable to get gprs pc setting on my mobile. I called customer care of home shop 18 but there are not at all intrested in it. My complaint request no were :471888, 472586
