Warranty Replacement

Hi,

This is sudeep Pillai. I have purchased one mobile phone on 2nd january from kalyan store. The charger what they have provided to me is not wrking right now. It has a warranty of 1 yr. I have contacted the Authorised service centre for the same. But whenever i am going the authoried centre, they are giving me some date. Yet now my issue has not resolved. Please help me out to resolve my Problem.
