Attry faulty complain

Dear sir,

I have purchase Blue 453x mobile on November and it gets me 1 year’s warranty

But latter 8th month battery did not get backup and when I went to mobile dealers that get me advice went to costumer care center of Blue .when I went to center that of that candidate said that this is consumable base warranty but till now no response from customer care so I want to return my money or get full service.
