This is Manish Jain and I sent a LCD TV from PUNE to Rajasthan on 19/09 the waybill number is 50111833682.
They damaged the LCD screen and it looks like that something very hard thing just crushed into it, and simply screen got a very bad design on its face. Now Blue dart says that we dont give guarantee to deliver tv..etc... we already have written letter from you.
True Of course very true but Do you remember BLUDART (big MNC name, really!) that you took 1550 Rs also from me.
This is perplexing what blue dart says "we can deliver your TV but safe or not we ca not guarantee, but we will take our charges (for what you are taking charges) load the item into the truck and send them in the name of GOD, may this item reach safely.
you should not provide service at all if you can't guarantee for that, for what you are taking money... if can deliver then you should not run the service bahgvan bharsose (just later say oh we have written letter from you sucks!)
Dont use BLUEDART guys, it is pathetic.
