Non receipt of courier despatched on 09.06.09 by HDFC Bank Ltd



It is fact that Blue Dart flight courier company is the most irresponsible company in courier business. They dont care whether courier is delivered or not and give all false reasons and update the same on their server meant for tracking the courier. They don't care for the customer. That is the case for my docket no. 44308297714 dated 09.06.2009 sent from HDFC Bank Ltd. to be delivered at My residence in Chembur has not been still delivered. I spoke to the customer service Ms. Jeniffer Fernandes on Saturday and she confirmed that they cannot delivery on saturday and will deliver certainly by Monday 15th June before 12' O clock. Till now I have not received the courier and that shows the commitment on the part of Blue Dart Courier. Now I have spoken to Ms. Pelvian and she told to speak to their Manager who was not on his seat. Latter she informed me that Mr. Peter their manager will revert.

I want to know from the management why is it so that you even don't care about the deliveries and what's the use of paying you so much even if the courier has not been delivered till date.

If incase I don't receive the packet by today evening along with the reply the same shall be taken to consumer court and company will have to bear the consequences.

Hope that there is someone in the company who really cares for the customer and understands the meaning of service.
