Dear sir/madam,
today 09/08 i was travelling through BMTC bus from tin factory to bhattarahalli.but when the conductor came to issue th ticket he didnt give me the change back. when asked him he used bad language with rude behavior..the travel fare from tin factory to bhattrahalli is 9 rs..i had given him 20 rs. when asked for change he misbehaved very badly..the bus no KA 01 FA 1214.please take the action and make public service the best in karnataka.
