BPCL Petrol Pump - Highway Automobiles LBS Marg, Ghatkopar (W)
Short quantity petrol filled

I filled up petrol worth Rs 500 at the above retail BPCL petrol pump on 9th August at 4:30 pm.

I checked the indicator on the pump and it showed Rs 507 and 10.5 litres. As I drove away I thought that my petrol tank indicator showed less than what it should be for 10 litres but I didnt pursue it. Today when I had driven for hardly 40 kms my tank was empty.

Normally my wagon R car gives a mileage of 12 - 14 kms in city so it should have run for at least 140 kms.

Now I am convinced that the pump is faulty and I was given less petrol than what I paid for.
