I have tried calling the customer service of BPL and they either seem to dilebrately drop the call or not answer. There has been an ongoing issue with mobile to mobile connectivity.
Call status shows connected how ever there is no voice. To make one call it takes three efforts (times)
I am sure I am getting charged for these connected calls. While I was discussing this with customer service team the call was dropped and after that they are not picking up.
This is sheer unprofessionalim from the service provider and team and recommend that this is looked into.
