I am having a bpl fridge br 1852

my mother called sanyo /bpl authorised customer care center perfect services

shop no 1, wz -49f, budhela, vikaspuri, new delhi -110018

ph 9891522150, 9811420314

mr balvinder service manager took the complaint

they send mr RONI ph 9818341665 to my house 996 / 7 main bazar mehrauli new delhi-110030 on 08/05 time 11.00 am

on observing my fridge it was found that censor was not working properly, but he changed the timer also,

despite my telling him that censor was changed last year also.

when i saw the receipt there was no sl no... no receipt no on the receipt

and it was amazing that it was already written on the receipt what he had changed i.e. timer and censor.

i feel cheated by the customer care engineer

despite talking to Balvinder, he says if you want to complaint you can go ahead.

i feel my fridge timer was in ok condition
