Wrongly charged twice

I have wrongly charged twice once for some chat application activation and now again they have charged me for call back tune. I have not given any request for any of these applications, i don't know why they give so much trouble to their customers. I need my refund back since i have not gioven any complaint. this number is used by my mom and dad. they know only how to receive a call and end a call.
