Delayed refund for a Yea

Dear Sir / Madam

This Bhaskar from Press Club Of India, is complaining you regarding your hopeless service for International Customer, One of my Customer Mrs. Parul Hiren Kakad from Australia using your card No. 9821429896, I am only refilling this card from India, Our card limit is Rs.12000 & always kepping good amount in this account but still you peoples are disconecting line just for Rs. 1100/- I am always facing this problem from my Valuable customer, Today also same thing happens

I went to Thane Galary many times & talk with Superior but they are not responding properly & saying this is not in our hand you talk to upper level,

Then why your girls Keep on calling us & westing my Time for offering new free card, even after this type of problem I never talk to your sales girl Arrogantly but your peoples in Thane Galary are not helping us.

If you are not solving this problem then I will have to publish this matter & show you what press club can do.
