I hv purchased a fully automatic BPL sanyo washing machine on 14.12.2007.It is on warranty period .though it is a new machine and it has started giving problems.main problem is THAT CLOTHES ARE BEING PIERECED .i hv complaint many times but no responded properly and due to ths problem i hv come thro a loss of 5000 rupees who will going to pay for ths loss and mainly jeans are getting pierced while rinsing...
