Dudcted my balance without any intimation

Hi,

I am using Airtel prepaid service and my mobile no is 91 9890560941.

In the last week, I have reacharge my prepaid card with value recharge of Rs 30 and got balance of Rs 30. But when rechecked my balance in the evening it got deducted by 28 Rs and come balance of Rs 2. I have not done any call in between that period & I have not activated any service of Airtel. I registerd same complaint in Pune - Maharastra branch but didnot get any responce from them untill now. I have not any concern regarding deduction of such small amout, but Airtel should have to inform me about the same.

Hoping for positive responce & please do let me know if you required any other information from my end.
