This is to bring to everyones notice the horrible experience me & my sister had at one of the Bread Talk centers at Inorbit Mall, Malad (West), Mumbai, India.
We visited this Bread Talk outlet on the 7th September and picked up a Vegetarian Pizza from the Vegetarian Section. My sister is a PURE VEGETARIAN and I DO NOT have non-veg during Ganpati festival. We found a piece of chicken in this so-called 'Veg Pizza'. When we went back to the counter to speak to the foreigner staff, they were pretty casual about this. I asked them to call their Manager and after a long wait & discussion their Indian manager gave an apology letter with a bribe of box full of some stuff which I refused to accept.
Also, while I was waiting for their Indian Manager to arrive, I heard another customer scream as she sighted a cockroach taking a stroll on the Pizzas.
I have all the proofs to support my claim that I was misled and served non-vegetarian food. I have a written apology letter from the staff of Bread Talk, accepting the mistake on their part & the related photos (even of the cockroach on food).
